Operation process


When using the precision spot welder, first adjust the position of the electrode rod to ensure that the electrode arm remains parallel and accurately presses the weldment. Select a suitable current adjustment switch according to the thickness and material of the weldment. After power is turned on, the power indicator light should light up, and the electrode pressure should be adjusted by adjusting the spring pressure nut. When welding, the cooling water should be connected first, and then the power supply should be turned on to ensure safety and efficiency.


During welding, place the weldment between the electrodes, step on the foot pedal, and make the upper electrode contact and pressurize the weldment. After continuing to step on the foot pedal, the power contact switch is turned on, the transformer starts to work, and the weldment is quickly heated. After the welding is completed, release the foot pedal, the electrode rises, and the power supply is cut off with the help of the spring tension, and the welding process ends.
