The IDP series precision welding power supply is a high-frequency inverter DC welding system independently developed by Huandian. It uses key imported components to ensure high reliability and long-term stability. The system integrates advanced inverter technology and DSP digital control, providing precise and efficient welding performance.
The IDP-600 features strong welding quality control, real-time data monitoring, and full welding traceability functions. With a high control accuracy of 0.2 ms, the system delivers low heat input, minimal workpiece damage, clean weld appearance, high tensile strength, and stable welding performance with a low defect rate.
In addition, the IDP-600 series supports optional PC-based network control and real-time welding quality monitoring, making it suitable for intelligent and automated production systems.
IDP-600P is more suitable for the automotive industry. The whole series is equipped with adaptive intelligent welding function as standard. According to the changes in external conditions during the welding process, the current and time are automatically adjusted to ensure the welding quality and solve the problems of shunt, edge welding, non-conductive gap, pressure change, and inconsistent plate thickness. Equipped with a remote programmer, external remote programming can be realized.

A powerful built-in welding data database can store up to 5 million welding records, including current, voltage, power, resistance, pressure, and displacement parameters. All data can be exported via USB for quality traceability, process analysis, and production optimization.
In addition, the system continuously monitors both RMS average values and instantaneous values of current, voltage, and power, enabling real-time welding quality control, reducing defects, and ensuring consistent high-strength weld results.
