1. SCHEDULE parameter

Set the precision spot welding machine to display the welding specification number. You can record the settings of 63 welding specifications of precision spot welding machines from 1 to 63.


2. R1 parameter

Set and display the first section of the spot welding machine welding ramp-up time (00~49ms). The so-called ramp-up time: the time from the start of power-on to the set current. At the beginning of power-on, if the set current flows at the same time, spatter will occur. In order to suppress the spatter phenomenon, the action of gradually increasing the welding current is called "ramp-up".


3. W1 parameter

Set and display the first section of the spot welding machine welding power-on time (00~99ms). This time also includes the R1 time.


4. CO (Cooling time)

After the first stage of welding, stop the welding current, set and display the cooling time of the workpiece (00~99ms).

5. R2

Set and display the second stage of spot welding (00~49ms).


6. W2

Set and display the second stage of welding (000~299ms). This time also includes the time of R2.


7. SQ (Initial pressurization time)

Set and display the initial pressurization time of the precision spot welder (000~999×10ms). This function is only valid when the software switch (SW5) is set to "1".


8. HEAT1

Set and display the current value of the first stage of welding. 0600~4000A


9. HEAT2

Set and display the current value of the second stage of welding. 0600~4000A


10. HO

After the second power-on time ends, the welding current is stopped, and the holding time of the welded object (workpiece) is set and displayed (000~999ms). This function is only valid when the software switch (SW5) is set to "1".


11. R1

The monitoring screen displays the first ramp-up time that actually flows within the R1 time. (When the power-on stop input appears halfway, the actual power-on time is displayed.)


12. W1

The spot welding machine monitoring screen displays the actual power-on time that flows within the W1 time. (When the power-on stop input appears halfway, the actual power-on time is displayed.)


13. CO

The monitoring screen displays the actual time within the CO time. (When the power-on stop input appears halfway, the actual cooling time is displayed.)


14. R2

The monitoring screen displays the second ramp-up time that actually flows within the R2 time. (When the power-on stop input occurs during the process, the actual power-on time is displayed.)


15. W2

On the monitoring screen, the actual power-on time that has flowed during the time of W2 is displayed. (When the power-on stop input occurs during the process, the actual power-on time is displayed.)


16. HEAT1

On the precision spot welding machine monitoring screen, the welding current measurement value of the first segment is displayed. 〈GO〉/〈NG〉/〈**〉: Monitoring displays the average value or 〔GO〕/〔NG〕/〔**〕: Monitoring displays the peak value (displayed only on the monitoring screen) Once welding is completed, it automatically switches from the setting screen to the monitoring screen. When the actual current flowing is within the current value monitoring range set by HEAT1·HEAT2, 〈GO〉 or 〔GO〕 is displayed. When it exceeds the monitoring range, 〈NG〉 or 〔NG〕 is displayed. When the upper and lower limits of monitoring are set as one of the following, 〈**〉 or 〔**〕 is displayed. When one side is +0% and the other side is -0% (the state of interruption of upper and lower limit settings of monitoring) When the welding power-on time is set to 0ms in both the first and second sections (no power-on time)


17. HEAT2

In the monitoring screen, the measured value of the welding current in the second section is displayed.
